Potential ballot initiatives should now be submitted to the Secretary of State. Does anyone know which (if any) were submitted?

The status sheet as of April 24, 2007 is here. It has 30 entries, but this is deceptive, because it included abandoned applications and multiple entries for slightly different versions of the same measure. It is also out of date as hearings were held in early May.
There are actually ten distinct proposals, at least one of which (Amendment 41 proposal) has been abandoned, and a couple of others of which are probably improper to put before voters in 2007 because they are not financial in nature.
One involves the lottery, one involves funding for higher education, and several involve severance taxes or mineral taxation matters.
